Anydesk is a window application, Fullscreen mode will snap to the full size of one of your monitors. If you are looking to expand AnyDesk's window across both of your monitors then this is possible, just not in fullscreen. Granted, I am not certain why you would want to.
How to use Snap on a single monitor. For those of you who do not know, Snap (or Aero Snap) is a feature of Windows 10, Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, which enables you to resize and arrange open windows quickly. The way you do it is remote in twice. Unfortunately there is a bug and this does not work in fullscreen, i.e. Two local monitors each in fullscreen. When the screen loses focus it minimizes AnyDesk. Hopefully AnyDesk will start fixing their bugs, but they are extremely slow at it.
Symptoms
If you have multiple monitors connected to your computer, you may be unable to drag a window from one screen to another.
Cause
This behavior can occur if the window you are trying to drag is maximized, or your monitors are not positioned correctly.
Resolution
To work around this behavior, use the appropriate method:
Restore the Window Before You Drag It
Restore the window to its previous size before you drag it to a different screen. To do so, click the Restore button (the middle button in the upper-right corner of the window).
Verify Your Monitor's Position
For information about verifying your monitor's position, click Start, click Help, click the Index tab, type multiple display support, and then double-click the 'arranging monitors' topic.
